They are comfortable, have good ankle support, not quite like the support the SHOX Slam offers but good. You can use these shoes as a postman as I do or as a guard as they do allow good movement.

I bought these shoes for my school season and while I don't think that they will make you a 20 PPG person or jump twice as high (as far as I can tell, unless shoes or loaded with bricks you have to work your muscles out to improve your vertical), they are fantastic shoes.

This product is one of the best basketball shoes I have ever bought. In fact, I am already on my second pair. In the games, my foot is cushioned not so much, but just enough, and i can make an excellent jump.
